The Great I am - Associate Pastor Brad Stevens (09.25.2016)

Revelations 5:1-14
And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.

Devotion to God Rises and Falls - Pastor Joey Burns (09.25.2016)

2 Chronicles 31:21
21 And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered

"It's important that the people of God have a burden for lost souls; a burden for their church. If we don't have a burden for the lost, for our church, for our families we may never be able to reach them where they are!"

"We need to pray "God put me in the right place at the right time and give me the right words to say."

"Don't sell out what God has placed in your life!"

"The only way we'll get rid of sin in our lives is through repentance."

Deliverance From My Mess - Pastor Joey Burns (09.21.2016)

Jonah 2:1-9

Then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly,
And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the Lord, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice.
For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me.
Then I said, I am cast out of thy sight; yet I will look again toward thy holy temple.
The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head.
I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O Lord my God.
When my soul fainted within me I remembered the Lord: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.
They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.
But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord.

"No matter what mess you find yourself in the good news is Jesus wants to have an encounter with you! He wants to help you! He wants to change your life!"

"There's places we get ourselves into and we can't help ourselves and rescue ourselves. It takes Jesus Christ!"

"He is able to bring deliverance right in the middle of the mess you might be in!"

"In our lives it's so important we call upon God for help; He's just one prayer away."

"The God we serve exceeds expectations!"

"No matter where you are remember the Lord sees you, He knows where you are and He has compassion. He is long suffering! His mercy and grace extends to us in our life."

"Nobody is too far away from God that He can't reach."

Improbable but not Impossible - Associate Pastor Brad Stevens (09.18.2016)

"It's time that we the church; the children of the living God, rise to our feet & start believing God! We should never entertain the thought that God won't do it for us!"

"Don't give up on God. Keep expecting Him to move in the strangest ways!"
